Privacy Policy
This policy explains how StudioPro, an internal tool of DIGITAL LOGIC DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA (Brazilian company registry CNPJ 68.375.028/0001-47, “we”), collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes data, including data obtained through the YouTube API Services. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
1. Who uses StudioPro
StudioPro is for internal use: there is no public sign-up and only DIGITAL LOGIC's authorized team uses it, for the company's own YouTube channels. It runs on a company computer; this website is informational only and receives no data from the app.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Public YouTube data (YouTube Data API, API key)
Titles, descriptions, thumbnails, dates, public statistics (views, likes, comment counts, subscribers), language and IDs of public videos and channels. We do not collect personal data of viewers or the content of comments.
2.2 Authorized account data (OAuth, read-only)
When the owner of a company channel authorizes StudioPro on Google's consent screen, the app requests only:
| Scope | What we use it for |
|---|---|
youtube.readonly | Identify the authorized channel and list its videos. |
yt-analytics.readonly | Read the channel's performance reports (views, watch time, subscribers, traffic sources). |
yt-analytics-monetary.readonly | Read the channel's own estimated revenue to track the Partner Program. |
StudioPro does not publish, edit or delete anything on YouTube through the API. We store the access token granted by Google so that authorization is not requested on every use.
2.3 This website
This website uses no first-party cookies, forms, visitor analytics or advertising. The network provider (Cloudflare) and the server may log technical access data, such as IP address and browser, for security and operation.
3. How we use data
- Research of topics and niches and planning of our channels' episodes.
- Checking whether one of our titles already exists on YouTube before publishing.
- Tracking the performance and monetization of the company's own channels.
We do not use data for advertising, do not sell data and do not build profiles of people. StudioPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Where and how long we store data
- Data stays on the company computer where StudioPro runs (local database and files), with restricted access. OAuth tokens are kept in a file readable only by the system user.
- Public YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days: anything not refreshed within that period is deleted automatically.
- Authorized account data is kept while the authorization is active and refreshed or deleted within 30 days; if the authorization is revoked, we delete the data and the token within 30 days (sooner on request).
- Internal reports and their thumbnails are deleted after 30 days, including the backup copy in the company's Google Drive.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. We share only what is necessary with these providers, acting on our behalf:
- Anthropic (Claude), an artificial intelligence service: receives public video data (titles, statistics, thumbnails and excerpts) to produce internal analyses. Authorized account data (Analytics and revenue) is never sent to AI services.
- The company's own Google Drive: backup of internal reports.
- Cloudflare: delivery and security of this website.
We may disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
6. Revoking access and deletion requests
- Revoke StudioPro's access to your account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google's security settings page, also at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
- To request deletion of your data, email [email protected]: we delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and review of consent (LGPD art. 18) through the email below. The legal bases are legitimate interest (research with public data) and consent (accounts authorized through OAuth).
8. Security
The app runs only on the company's machine and is not exposed to the internet; keys and tokens are kept outside the code, with restricted access; this website uses HTTPS.
9. Children
StudioPro is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We will announce relevant changes on this page, with the new effective date.
