Terms of Use
1. The service
StudioPro is an internal tool of DIGITAL LOGIC DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA (CNPJ 68.375.028/0001-47) to produce, plan and analyze the company's own YouTube channels. Only people authorized by the company may use it.
2. YouTube and Google
StudioPro uses the YouTube API Services. By using StudioPro, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that data obtained from Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. StudioPro's handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Permitted use
- Use the app only for the company's channels and purposes.
- Do not use the app to scrape data in bulk, circumvent API limits or quotas, or infringe third-party rights.
- Respect copyright: the app does not download or republish other creators' content for publication.
4. Account authorization
OAuth authorization is read-only and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Liability
StudioPro is provided “as is”, for internal use. Estimates (such as revenue and trends) are approximate and do not guarantee results.
6. Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page, with its date.
7. Governing law
The laws of Brazil apply. The courts of the company's registered domicile have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
